RESERVATION POLICY

In order for a reservation to be valid, an advance payment must be made. The customer has the time limit of 5 days to pay the corresponding amount (possible banking charges are borne by the customer). If this period has elapsed and no advance payment has been made, without notice of any delay, the reservation will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the customer cancels the reservation 30 (thirty) days before the specified arrival date, then the amount of the advance payment paid will be refunded to the customer (possible bank charges will be borne by the customer).

If the customer cancels the reservation within less than 30 (thirty) days of the scheduled arrival date, the advance payment will not be refunded.

PAYMENT POLICY

The rest of the reservation is paid on the day of your arrival at the property.

Customer non-appearance policy

In case of non-appearance of the guest, while the deposit has been made, the room remains at the customer’s disposal until the next day at 11:00 in the morning.

PRECAUSE DEPARTMENT POLICY

In case of early departure of the customer, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the total cost of the cancelled stay.

POLICY CHECK IN –CHECK OUT

  • CHECK IN: 15:00 p.m.
  • CHECK OUT: 11:00 a.m.

Check out after 11:00 a.m. of scheduled departure and until 17:00 p.m., at the latest, the charge is 50% of the night. (Depending on availability).

Check out after 17:00, charge is 100% of the night. (Depending on availability).

MINIMUM RESIDENCE POLICY

The minimum stay is at the discretion of the accommodation address and you will be informed at the time of booking. During the high season the minimum stay is 3 nights.

 

HOUSEKEEPING POLICY

  • Daily check of rooms for replenishment of consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.) and emptying of trash bins.
  • Change of linens and general room cleaning every three days for stays longer than four days.
  • Option for daily change of linens and room cleaning at an additional charge.

MORE INFORMATION

  • Additional beds (ranch) may be added to some rooms depending on availability. The fee is 10 euros per night.
  • For any damage or damage made to the premises and due to the customer or any other person for whom he is responsible, the customer is responsible (breaking of glass, toiletries, damage to furniture, towels, linen).
  • The property is exempt from any liability in cases of damage or loss of objects carried by guests or persons for whom they are themselves responsible, as well as in cases where the damage, destruction, or loss, is due to force majeure or natural disasters such as earthquake, fire or other special circumstances.
